Galaxy S10 Plus and Huawei P30 Pro are considered to be the best Android phones of the moment. That’s why many are curious about the winner of a comparative test.
It is increasingly difficult to make a performance comparison between the two top terminals of the moment. Most benchmarks can be easily overhauled, and manufacturers are turning to software fireworks to increase hardware performance when running an app like AnTuTu. When you want to simulate the experience of using in everyday life, the situation is complicated because it is difficult to see a human test as objective.
An alternative was created by the Phonebuff. They use mechanical arms, programmed to simulate human interaction in a comparable manner. The test consists of opening and closing a set of applications and repeating the entire process. In this way, the processor and the ram memory of the phone are also tested. The processor helps to initiate applications, while RAM makes it easy to restore the programs.
Finally, the idea is simple. It was tested in the same way a Huawei P30 Pro with a Samsung Galaxy S10 +. Both are equipped with 8GB of RAM and a UFS 2.1 storage media. Although the P30 Pro comes packaged with a proprietary processor – Kirin 980, while Samsung uses a Snapdragon 855, both use a seven-nanometer architecture.
As a small handicap, Samsung has a higher resolution of 3040 x 1440 pixels, while the P30 Pro is at 2340 x 1080 pixels. This means that the Galaxy S10 + terminal has more render content at the same time. Although it does not matter in this particular test, the Galaxy S10 + is more expensive with $ 100.
In the test of about five minutes, the winner is the Galaxy S10 Plus, and the difference is about 7 seconds. Keep in mind if this test will influence your purchasing decision, but given that the Huawei P30 Pro has won the DxOMark photo performance test, that criterion may be more important for most buyers.
